磁鐵礦介紹：

磁鐵礦Magnetite為氧化物類礦物磁鐵礦的礦石。屬等軸晶系。晶體呈八面體、十二面體。晶面有條紋。多為粒塊狀集合體。鐵黑色，或具暗藍靛色。條痕黑，半金屬光澤。不透明。無解理。斷口不平坦。具強磁性。性脆。無臭，無味，常產于巖漿巖、變質巖中。

磁鐵礦為一種具有亞鐵磁性的礦物，其富含四氧化三鐵。產于變質礦床和內生礦床中，氧化后變為赤鐵礦或褐鐵礦，是煉鐵的主要原料。

磁鐵礦特點：

磁鐵礦具有半金屬光澤，不透明，無解理，斷口不平坦，硬度5.56.5，密度5.165.18g/cm3，具強磁性，性脆，無臭，無味。磁鐵礦濾料具有過濾速度快、截污能力強、使用周期長等特點。磁鐵礦濾料外觀呈球狀，機械強度高，不含有毒有害物質。

磁鐵礦濾料呈棕褐色顆粒狀，是三層濾料濾池的理想材料。目前我們廠生產的磁鐵礦濾料是由含鐵40-42的磁鐵礦中精選而成的。它具有過濾速度快、截污能力強、使用周期長等特點。

正因為磁鐵礦的這些性能，所以適用于管式大阻力配水系統，通常與無煙煤濾料和石英砂濾料配合使用，主要對改進承托層和配水系統有著良好的適用能力，強度高、濾速快、反沖洗時不易混層。另外，它對除鐵、除錳、除氟效果也很明顯，廣泛用于給排水、冶金、電力、化工、石油、環保、輕紡、造紙、制革等領域。對提高生活飲用水、高純水凈化、工業污水處理質量、延長供水設備壽命等起到了很大作用。

在雙層(多層)濾料過濾中，磁鐵礦濾料都是較合適的的主要過濾材料，磁鐵礦濾料由于使用的顆粒粒徑較小，在雙層(多層)，濾料過濾中都是起著處理水質末道把關的作用，因此磁鐵礦濾料質量是否合格直接關系到水處理的水質。

在國內大多數工業水處理中，采用的過濾形式都是壓力過濾形式，壓力過濾器的過濾壓力和反沖洗壓力都比較大，所以在墊層中使用比重大的磁鐵礦墊料，可以隨較大的反沖洗壓力。如果使用比重小或不合格的墊料，容易造成濾料和墊料在反沖洗過程中出現混層，過濾器很快失去過濾作用。在水過濾行業磁鐵礦濾料成為了大多數廠家選擇的濾料。

運輸注意事項：

磁鐵礦選用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝），粒徑小于0.5mm的磁鐵礦濾料，加內層塑料袋，也可用噸袋包裝。運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物．不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運輸棧放。
