整臺機器嚴格按照歐盟 CE 安全標準設計，具有規范化、通用化人性化。依據人機一體化制造理念，能直接在觸模屏上進行設定、修正、執行、更換、記憶等功能，是一款具有超高性價比產品。觸摸屏人機界面對話和電動控制雙系統操作功能，具有智能化歸零記憶自動復位、存儲訂單等功能;可選配遠程跟蹤服務系統。◆人機界面顯示器、PLC 控制器、變頻器、伺服驅動器，均選用德國西門子、德國博世力士樂、日本安川等世界知名品牌。

主傳動齒輪采用(20CrMnTi)合金鋼，經程控自動滲碳淬火磨削加工處理后，保證齒面硬度均勻一致，達到六級標準精度其齒面硬度(HRC58-62)。

所有輥、軸類內孔均進行切削加工，保證壁厚均勻一致、確保高速運轉時平穩可靠;在加工過程中，經過多次調質處理消除應力變化，通過磨削加工后表面進行鍍層保護。

應用免鍵連接器，消除傳統連接所產生的間隙，保持機器印刷套色長期精準。

傳動潤滑機構采用噴淋式防濺裝置:潤滑系統自動循環，并裝置防滲漏油機構。

全程真空吸附傳送。避免拉紙輪損壞印刷版面圖案，并使印刷套印精準度得到進一步保證。可選配密封腔雙刮刀系統:可加裝紅外線烘干機構。

Key-free connector is applied to eliminate the gap caused by traditional connection and keep the accuracy of machine printing for a long time.

The transmission lubrication mechanism adopts spray type splash prevention device: the lubrication system circulates automatically. and is equipped with anti-seepage and oil leakage mechanism

The whole process of vacuum adsorption transmission. Avoid drawing wheel damage to print layout and further ensure the accuracy of printing overprint. Optional sealed cavity double scraper system: can be equipped with infrared drying mechanism.
